For Fans Coming From Overseas

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

This event is mainly a debriefing of the event held in California in 2024.

At the 2024 event held in California, I was the only participant from Japan.

In response to this, I have decided to host an event in Japan that also serves as a debriefing session for the 55th Anniversary Celebration, especially for Japanese fans.

Accordingly, most parts of the event will be conducted in Japanese. Therefore, attendees coming from overseas are required to arrange their own interpreters or translation apps as needed.

Please note that interpreters will be counted as part of the total number of participants.

Event Schedule and Flight Arrival Times

The event will be held on the following dates:

October 9 (Thursday) to October 11 (Saturday), 2025

On October 9, registration will begin at 5:30 PM (JST).

The venue for October 9 is:

Analog Tengoku
4-30-4 Nishiogi-kita, Suginami-ku, Tokyo 167-0042, Japan

The venues for October 10 and 11 are:

Hotel Monterey Hanzomon
23-1 Ichibancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0082, Japan

* Please arrive at the designated venue by the specified time on October 9.

For attendees coming from North, Central America, and Oceania

When traveling from North, Central America, and Oceania to Japan, most flights (excluding red-eye or early morning arrivals) arrive in the evening of the day after departure. Therefore, you will need to depart on October 7 and arrive in Japan on October 8.

For attendees coming from Europe

When traveling from Europe to Japan, most flights (excluding red-eye or early morning arrivals) arrive in the morning or afternoon of the day after departure. Therefore, departing on October 8 and arriving on October 9 will allow you to make it in time. However, if you would like to allow extra time for immigration procedures and local travel upon arrival in Japan, I recommend departing a day earlier.

Public Transportation in Japan

When you are arriving in Japan, there are various transportation options available such as taxis, buses, and trains. When using public transportation, the Suica electronic card is very convenient.

Suica can be purchased at Haneda or Narita Airport. You can charge it using your credit card or debit card, and it can be used not only for public transportation but also at many other locations.

Please note that you cannot pass through train ticket gates using a credit card or debit card directly, so be sure to purchase a Suica card or a designated ticket in advance.

More information about Suica is HERE.
